BREATHE Interactive 35h Online Breathwork & Pranayama course


A 35h online course on Pranayama (with YACEP certificate - CE hours).
During this 2,5-week program, there are 8 live online sessions and daily self-practices with videos.
Date 2024: Course starts 21 January
Option: you can also do this course in your own time, using all the online video material.

8 Live interactive sessions via Zoom - a total of 22 hours, including recordings for later reference
18 Daily Breathwork practices with videos - a total duration of 8.5 hours
A Yin Yoga and a Vinyasa Yoga session with Breath focus online: 2 hours of video material 
YACEP certification - 35 CE hours
